This is a traditional barrel aged Balsamic Vinegar, perfect for salad dressings, appetizers, seafood and many dishes where you might use fruits such as oranges, pineapples or apples to compliment the flavor of the meal. It is the perfect enhancer to anything you want to stir-fry especially for a tangy, teriyaki flavor.
NEW & already much loved!
One of our favorites so far is to quick roast or grill scallops, shrimp etc. with just:
– 1 TBSP. Blood Orange Balsamic Vinegar
– 1 lb. seafood e.g. scallops, shrimp etc.
– crushed red pepper flakes to taste
– 1TBSP any of our infused oils, Basil, Ginger/Blood Orange or Garlic
– 1/2 tsp. SAJE Pink Himalayan Seasoning Sea Salt or to taste (optional)
Grill 4 minutes per side or per your preferred doneness. OR into a pre-heated oven 420F for same time.
Serve with a salad, roasted veggies and fresh bread.
